Dearest Madie,
There aren’t adequate words to express what you have done for our community through your creation and stewardship of the Farm to Cafeteria program. You brought meaningful and effective education, advocacy and direction to the vital connection between the food we grow, eat and share. It hasn’t just been our children who have grown up in the program and whose lives will forever benefit, who were given this gift of opportunity! Our families and farmers will always and lovingly, be in your debt. Thank you!
Thank you, Marian, for your kind words. A whole lot of people had a hand in making this program work, including yourself; so if I may, I extend these kudos to the entire community for embracing it with open arms! The coming year will be bringing some amazing opportunities that will make this program even more fun and valuable for our kids and community. I’m so looking forward to watching it unfold!
