In “Exploring Art,” artist Philomena Robinson will lead Friday afternoon sessions in exploring art with free-form paper cut designs from geometric figures, star-concertina or map book design, drawing in perspective and Sumi-e (Japanese brush painting).
The class will take place Fridays from 2:30 to 4 p.m. from January 25 through February 15 at the Orcas Island Public Library.
Class will be limited to 8 students, aged 11 to 15 or permission (Philomena 376-2238). Please pay before first class. Cost is $60 (supplies are included and $5 goes to support the library).
Please bring your sketch book and pencils to first class!
