Orcas Island residents, businesses, and organizations are invited to tell the story of Orcas Island’s rich history during History Lives Here Month – May 2019.
Every year local history events, activities and special opportunities take place throughout the islands. Anyone can participate. It is an opportunity to give a history talk, create a guided tour or open house, create a local business special specifically for the month, or showcase a historic property with a public event already scheduled. It is not too late to jump on board and get on the calendar.
