Live Music at the Doe Bay Cafe — C.J. Boyd finds home wherever his bass takes him.  Ever-exploring sounds and emotions, his improvised bass compositions seek a home in full experience.  He also heads the project Kirtan Choir (formerly known as The C.J. Funhouse Science Fair – 10th Annual Orcas Island Science Fair, from noon to 4 p.m.This year’s Science Fair theme is “Show Us How It Works.”  The fair is free and open to the public so even if you don’t have kids, stop by and admire the young scientific minds at work. Doktor Kaboom! at the Orcas Center. We planned the visit of Doktor Kaboom to coincide with Science Fair weekend!
