Look for Eth-Noh-Tec storytellers at the Stage on the Green this Sunday, then at National Storytelling Festivals in Utah and Tennessee!

The world of Asia is not too far away! The last “Sunday Concert” on Eastsound’s “Stage on the Green” presents performers Nancy Wang and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo of Eth-Noh-Tec Sunday Aug. 30th, 5-6:30pm.

They will share tales in their movement and music style of telling from the tundras of Siberia, from the rainforests of Southeast Asia, from China, Korea, Philippines, Japan, Tibet and much more. Come for a chuckle, some wisdom and plain fun. The program will delight all ages, adults and the mature children.

Eth-Noh-Tec has performed for Inaugural Presidential Celebrations (Clinton and Obama), the Smithsonian Discovery Theater, Wolftrap Virginia and the Kennedy Center’s Millenium Stage and are soon headed for two of America’s largest storytelling festivals: Timpanogos Storytelling Festival in Utah and the National Storytelling Festival in Tennessee.

Bring a picnic basket and a comfy chair, even your visiting friends and relatives!

Stage on the Green in Eastsound Sunday, Aug 30, 5-6:30pm. For more info regarding Eth-Noh-Tec visit: www.ethnohtec.org or call us: 360-376-8705.
