- 3:10 pm Additions or Agenda modifications
- 3:15 pm Election of Chair and Vice Chair
- 3:25 pm Public Comment
- 3:40 pm Public Works Update on Prune Alley and Haven Street projects
- 4:00 pm Review of January 20, 2020 special meeting and recommendations to County Council on Vacation Rentals
- 4:15 pm Discuss EPRC Recommendations to County Council regarding the Land Capacity Analysis
- 4:30 pm Review the EPRC 2019 work plan – update for 2020. Discuss creating EPRC Liaisons for Tree Plan for Eastsound and possibly an Eastsound Heritage Tree Campaign; other initiatives
- 5:00 pm Review of Permits Submissions
- 6:00 pm Adjourn
