The Rev. Berto Gàndara, EMMANUEL EPISCOPAL CHURCH of Orcas Island, Main Street, by the water announces the following holiday schedule:
- Sundays: Holy Eucharist 8 and 10 am, Church School
- Thursdays: Holy Eucharist 12:15 pm
Special Holiday Events:
- Sunday, Dec. 14, 4:30 pm, additional service – All are invited to an informal, alternative Communion service that incorporates various spiritual expressions.
- Sunday, Dec. 21, 5 pm, The annual Festival of Lessons and Carols – All are welcome to come and hear the Christmas story told through scripture and beautiful music. Refreshments in the Parish Hall after the concert.
- Wednesday, Dec. 24, 5 pm, Family Christmas Eve Service in the Parish Hall
- Wednesday, Dec. 24, 8 pm, Traditional Candlelight Christmas Eve Service in church.
