A major loss to our educational community. Kathy will be missed! We wish her well in her upcoming move!
Orcas has benefitted from her experience and positive approach to education. I wish her the best in her future endeavors!
It is so hard to find the long-term matches for a quirky community. It is a high-risk pairing that sometimes just needs to evolve once in place. I do not know any details about this resignation, so I speak with utter neutrality. I can list on my index finger the successful, executive import I am familiar with. Passers-through add their value–for sure!–but the acquisition overhead is killer.
Extremely well-said, Paige.
