Notice of Special Meeting
Notice is Hereby Given that the Board of Commissioners of the Eastsound Sewer and Water District will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, May 01, 2017 at 4 p.m. at the District office located at 143 Cessna Road, Eastsound, Washington.
Agenda for the Special Meeting is as follows:
I. Call to Order
II. Discussion and consideration regarding the request by San Juan County to grant a 10 foot Right-of-Way Easement along the West border of District property at Orcas Village; consider document to acknowledge Kirby easement in exchange for consent to County easement.
III. Discussion regarding using Orcas Village Capital Reserve Funds for the installation of a sewer main extension along Orcas Hill Road in the construction zone of the San Juan County Park & Ride Project.
