San Juan County Department of Community Development is looking for someone to take minutes at the monthly meetings of the Eastsound Plan Review Committee (EPRC) in 2020.
The EPRC meets on the first Thursday of each month at the Eastsound Fire Station between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
The minute taker is responsible for attending each meeting and recording the actions of the EPRC. The draft minutes must be submitted to the committee members prior to the following month’s meeting. Ultimately the approved minutes are submitted to the County.
