The Cancer Survivorship Group will meet at the Community Church Fireside Room on Thursday, February 8 at 5 p.m. We are a monthly, no cost, confidential support group for anyone touched by cancer, whether personally, as a family member, friend, caregiver or in any other capacity. If you, or anyone you know, is dealing with issues related to cancer, please come and join the conversation. Finding out how others manage the special problems that cancer brings might help you find ways to cope with the problems that come along for you

Our guest speaker this month, Dr. Vincent Shu, will discuss the second most common cause of cancer death in the United States, colorectal cancer. Fortunately, it is preventable in 70% of cases, and more importantly, you can do it all by yourself. Join us to share your thoughts and ideas, as well as barriers to optimizing your health.

There will be an opportunity for everyone to share. Let’s support each other by finding courage for the journey, joy in the healing, and in hope for the future. Join us at 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 8th. Call Bogdan at 760-613-3101 for more information.

**If it wouldn’t cause you financial distress to take out a modestly-priced, voluntary subscription (HERE), you’d be doing a real service. If it would, then no worries, we’re happy to share with you.**
