Spring is around the corner – be ready to get your favorite native plants into the soil and
established.

Have you checked out the San Juan County Master Gardener Foundation’s online plant
sale? In addition to bundles of bare root shrubs and bulbs, they’re offering locally grown
wildflowers produced by the Salish Seeds Project (a partnership between the Conservation Land Bank and San Juan Preservation Trust).

This popular annual native plant sale and fundraiser took a brief hiatus in 2020-2021.
The 2022 online sale kicked off on January 28 th and runs through March 11 th – but I
wouldn’t wait till March – plants are subject to availability, and they’re selling out!
