London-based chef Danny Jack and island-raised Hailee Kukura will be popping up at Doe Bay Wine Co this Friday. The duo will be serving a selection of appetisers made with local produce and wine pairings from the shop. No booking necessary.
Danny runs his own kitchen and events space in South London and Hailee is a project manager for the Tate Gallery. They met at a restaurant in Edinburgh, Scotland 15 years ago and continue their love of creating food for events and collaborating on Pop Ups whenever and wherever they can.
They’ll also be selling copies of their recently Co-authored book The Vanlife Cookbook.
