Each month Doe Bay chooses a local non-profit to receive one dollar from every pizza sold at our ongoing Thursday Night Pizza Night and Open Mic. We are looking for organizations that we feel are doing important work in our local community.
The Pizza Night Local Benefit is just one of the ways that Doe Bay Resort supports our island community. We use almost 100% local produce and organic products in our Café, and we’d like you to come try it out! Besides the donation check, the chosen non-profit will also receive coupons for 1 free pizza on Open Mic Night and 1 free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée on an evening that we offer our dinner service. Our Executive Chef, Abigael Birrell, is excited for you to taste the food revolution!
We are looking for:
-Orcas or Islands-based non-profits, including 501(c)(3)’s, educational, or religious organizations that serve the Island community
-Organizations that can help promote the Pizza Night Benefit through their membership network, i.e. an established e-mail list, mailing list, or newsletter, and can encourage some local supporters to come and enjoy the fun
-And someone who can provide an informational table tent flyer for the Café to display
