The Deer Harbor Plan Review Committee (DHPRC) has set the agenda for their meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 4 – 5:30 p.m.

Chair: Call to Order, establish a quorum, approval of the minutes from July 10, 2019. There was no meeting in August, due to lack of a quorum.

Chair: Recognize public attendees. Members of the public are invited to participate in committee discussions. Chair will recognize speakers.

Old Business/Committee Updates

  1. Lodging Tax Grant has been submitted. We will present our case to the LTAC board on Sept. 26th at 1:20 in Friday Harbor at the council chambers. All are welcomed.
  2. Final Pathway Survey results
  3. Deer Harbor to West Sound pathway report Wes, AnneMarie, Barry
  4. Hitchhiker bench sign—note: Sign is installed. Bench is still not secured.

New Business

  1. Comprehensive Plan, anything we would like add or change in the Deer Harbor Hamlet Plan?
  2. Parking ideas for the pathway plan, Mike D.
