The bridge replacement project experienced minimal impact from last weekend’s wind and rain storms.
West abutment activities will include installing rebar, forming the abutment wall, and placing concrete in the abutment wall.
Crews on the east abutment will continue excavating the cofferdam and driving structural piles, followed by placement of concrete for a stabilizing seal slab upon which the abutment wall footing will be formed.
