From the Orcas Island Historical Museum
Summer is coming which means the Orcas Island Historical Museum will be open five days a week! Come along to see our collections and exhibitions, explore the historic cabins and meet our knowledgeable volunteer staff: we’ll be open Wednesday to Sunday 11 am – 4 pm.
Also view historic photographs from the collection of Orcas pioneer James T. Geoghegan, “Every Picture Tells a Story.”
The Crow Valley School will also be opening its doors to visitors starting May 25. On Wednesdays and Saturdays from 12 pm – 4 pm you can explore the building and grounds of one of the island’s first public schools, built entirely by volunteers in 1888.

Crow Valley School will be the Feature on September 15. Please visit!
