On San Juan County’s behalf, Wardell Architects is calling for bids to construct an approximately 1,846 SF office and 420 SF storage shed addition at the Main Building located on the SJC Fairgrounds.
The County will utilize the Small Works Roster procedure to receive bids and award the contract for this project. All companies wishing to submit a proposal must be registered on the MRSC Small Works Roster.
Bids must be submitted no later than 1:00 pm on December 15, 2014, in accordance with project bidding and contract document requirements.
