PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 the San Juan County Council enacted the following ordinances:
ORDINANCE No. 3 -2011: An Ordinance Authorizing the County Administrator to Accept Bids, Execute Construction Contract Documents and Change Orders, and Accept Completed Work for Public Works Projects within the County Budget
ORDINANCE No. 4 -2011: An Ordinance Amending the Provisions of the Open Space Plan and Public Benefit Rating System Regarding Farm and Agricultural Conservation Lands
ORDINANCE No. 5 -2011: An Ordinance Imposing and Additional One Quarter of One Percent Real Estate Excise Tax (REET2)
The ordinance is filed at the office of the County Council, 55 Second Street, Friday Harbor, WA.
