Contra Dance at the Harvest Festival Saturday night at Odd Fellows
Saturday, October 8 at 7:30 at the Odd Fellows Hall
A Contra Dance will be held Oct. 8 from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Hall as a fundraiser for the Orcas Island Seed Bank, a Food Masters Project.
The band “Hands Four” from San Juan Island will highlight the evening’s events which include dancing, live cider pressing (community welcome to bring apples to donate), Pie and Ice cream sale, Seed Bank display table, and Food Masters information table.
Katie Wilkins, Ethan Schmidt, and Learner Limbach are spearheading the event, and a group of volunteers will be support at the event to man the tables and the cider presses.
