With an emphasis on meditative readings, silence, reflective music and simple prayers, Orcas Island Community Church Senior Pastor Dick Staub says, “the service is designed to tap into the deep roots of a rich, historic, Christian mystical tradition that is often lost in today’s contemporary worship.”
The service is open to the community and is held at Orcas Island Community Church. This Sunday’s service will feature music from Windham Hill recording artist Jeff Johnson (Celtic Christmas), Susan Osborn and Grant Myles-Era.
