Orcas Recycling Services (ORS) non-profit will hold a meeting to address the many questions regarding plans for rebuilding the Exchange.
ORS Director Pete Moe says, “We’ve had a pretty significant response on our proposal for a new Exchange–both positive and negative. There are also a lot of misunderstandings. We felt like it would be a good idea for us to address some of these with a public forum.”
