The Orcas Island Community Foundation Volunteer Fair will be held Monday Jan. 18 from noon to 4 p.m. in the Public School Cafeteria in celebration of Martin Luther King Day and the National Day of Service.
There will be several community projects available to participate in that day.
OPAL Community Land Trust will be holding a trail work party from 10-12, the school garden clean up will begin at 10 a.m.; events at the Library and Kaleidoscope will start at noon. Other projects are still in the planning stages.
The following organizations will be on hand with informationabout ongoing volunteer opportunities:
