The Meltese Falcon
Orcas Island residents are invited to a reading of the radio play version of “The Meltese Dodo”, based on Michael Hurwicz’s book about the history of climate change science, told through a loose (very) parody of “The Maltese Falcon.”

Special guest, actor Gary Schwartz, master of voices, will read the Sam Spade-based character, aka The Earth.
The reading will be this Sunday, Sept. 16, from 2:00-5:00 pm in the Emmanuel Episcopal Parish Hall in Eastsound.
