||| FROM RACHEL BISHOP for ORCAS ISLAND LIBRARY |||

Are you looking for a unique gift for a friend for the Holidays? Then head on over to the library on Sunday December 3rd.
The 10th Annual Childrens’ Holiday Market will be at the Orcas Library on Sunday December 3rd from Noon to 2. Children aged 6 and above from across the island have been baking and crafting to prepare for the market.
All items are handmade and will be priced from 25 cents to no more than $10. There are always lovely surprises! Last year included  chicken shaped bean bags, fishing flies, hand made cards and gift wrap, bees wax candles, wooden bread boards, home made jam and ornaments.
Also this year we will have the courtyard cafe, drop by for lunch, a hot drink, or baked goods. The market is only open for 2 hours and starts at noon!
Entry is free. Purchases are cash only.
