Are you looking for a unique and affordable gift for Christmas? Then look no further. The 7th Annual Children’s Christmas Market will be held on Saturday November 30 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Orcas Public Library.
Children age 5 and above from across the island have been busy crafting. All items are handmade by the children themselves and range in price from 25 cents to $10. All manner of goods for sale.
Last year included handmade soaps and candles, knitted bracelets, gift cards and magnets, Christmas ornaments, hand painted chopsticks, as well as cookies, hot chai, and home made tomato soup. Entry is free.
