Last Thursday, Charles Dalton of The Kitchen prepared and served lunch in our school cafeteria alongside our incredible cafeteria staff to a record number of students, family members and teachers. In all 325 meals were served! This is 27 more than any previous number of meals served in our cafeteria!
The menu was Teriyaki Beef (tofu teriyaki for the vegetarian option), sesame rice cakes, sauteed winter root veggies and cabbage slaw, and WOW was it good!
Charles was our first “Celebrity Chef” this school year. He was our very first three years ago and this was his third time. We all love Charles, and he sure knows how to make us happy!
