I can’t believe it! CenturyLink really feels they have us just where they wa
Well, let’s try again… CenturyLink is again showing their respect for us as customers… They are unbelievable!!!
I have been spending a lot of time on the phone with their “Escalation Team” (an interesting name for their Customer Service unit)trying to get a refund for the years they have been charging me $5 per month for an Additional Listing in their phone book…but they decided they didn’t really need to give me the additional listing as long as I didn’t notice! Now they say it is all my fault because I didn’t catch them sooner…. I am supposed to check my services every time I get a bill (they say that is why they send the bill)….I told them I thought it had something to do with getting money from me…
Anyhow, as you can see I’m pretty tired of CenturyLink! Check out their Customer Service rating on Consumer Reports…they are rated a 1 out of possible 5! I’m not sure how they got that 1!
