A citizen-led educational workshop designed to help community leaders and interested citizens learn more about the construction and operation of a cellular network in the San Juan Islands will be held on Friday, Jan. 22.
Wireless carriers will also present their ideas for an improved network. The meeting will take place from 12:15 to 1:45 p.m. at Islanders Bank in Friday Harbor.
