The Orcas Island Community Foundation (OICF) invites all community members to come together in celebration of collective giving, nonprofit organizations, and youth leadership. Join us for the GiveOrcas Community Celebration and Youth Philanthropy Awards on Thursday, May 22, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Emmanuel Parish Hall and Labyrinth.
Enjoy ice cream and help us honor the organizations and donors who made this year’s campaign a huge success! The 2025 GiveOrcas campaign raised an extraordinary amount to support 35 proposals, ranging from social services, education and environment, to youth programs, and the arts.
This campaign’s success belongs to everyone, from the donors to the nonprofits who collaborated creatively, and to the community members who helped spread the word. GiveOrcas is a reflection of who we are as a community, deeply invested in the well-being of our neighbors. Thank you, Orcas Island, for showing once again what’s possible when community leads the way.
Honoring Our Future Philanthropists
This celebration also recognizes the Youth Philanthropy Awards, led by the senior class of Orcas Island High School. These thoughtful students, supported by a local donor, will present their gifts to local nonprofit organizations of their selection. The next generation is already stepping up as leaders in giving!
Everyone is welcome! Come celebrate, connect, and learn more about the remarkable nonprofits working to keep Orcas Island vibrant and thriving.
Let’s celebrate what we’ve accomplished!
