From the Orcas Historical Museum
One of the most productive fundraisers that the Orcas Museum holds every year is their Pie Booth at the annual Historical Day Fair, and this year they are a bit short on donations! The fair takes place this year on Saturday July 7th from 10am to 3pm in conjunction with the Historical Day Parade.
If you or someone you know would like to dig out a favorite family recipe and put together a pie, cobbler or another kind of sweet treat to donate to this good cause, please call the Museum at 376-4849 or Pie Booth coordinator Dixie Walmsley at 376-5084 to make arrangements.
