“Why I Love Dogs” artist unknown

You are cordially invited to submit your work to the November Orcas Center Show showcasing all animals: “The Animal World: Feathers, Scales, and Fur.” All media will be accepted— painting, photography, other wall art, three-dimensional work, and will include use of both the Lobby and Madrona Rooms.

Up to two pieces may be submitted and more if there’s room for display. Intake is WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1, from 10 to 2. The reception will be FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3, from 5:30 to 7. The show will remain up until Wednesday, December 6.

Wall art must be ready to hang including hardware and wire —- NO sawtooth hangers or fishing line. Three-dimensional work must be stable and ready for display on stands. Work may be offered for sale or not.

The Visual Arts Committee offers monthly exhibits at Orcas Center and welcomes and encourages all Orcas Island community members to participate and share their work.
