Young islanders celebrate the opening of the Early Learning Trail along North Beach Road.
Orcas Family Connections, a non-profit serving island families, and the and the Early Childhood Education nd Assistance Program (ECEAP) a San Juan County agency, combined efforts with Terra Firma Construction and the local Girl Scout troop to install the “Born Learning” trail signs along North Beach Road.
The trail signage involved working with the County Department of Public Works over months, but the results were evident last Sunday, June 28, as athe signs were installed and celebrated with sno-cones.
