Bon voyage potluck and story sharing in honor of App Applegate at Odd Fellows Hall, 6-8pm, Monday July 29.
People should bring their own plate, cup, utensils, beverage and potluck item, as well as their stories. Those who want to help set up should come at 5pm; we’ll welcome help with cleanup afterwards.
Our Eastsound son Chris Evans, daughter-in-lsw Rusty, and granddaughers Isabella & Mona introduced us to App & Rivkah during one of our visits to Orcas from Cleveland, OH. We explored the Aproximada (both on & below deck). I hope someone will videotape tonight’s Memorial and post it on Youtube for us Off-Islanders to watch later. Thanks, Murray Evans
