Orcas Fire & Rescue, Lions, and Kiwanis wish to invite you to celebrate Spring by donating a little of your time and some blood to help another.
We were the victim of our own success, and a mistake at our end last Drive in not giving all the advanced appointments priority. Apologies. Please give us another try; we’ll set another record.
To schedule a work break you can reserve a spot any time at www.psbc.org/programs/drive. You may also call to schedule at BloodWorksNW during business hours, 1-800-398-7888 if the internet is not your thing.
If you do not have an appointment, come in when you can, but after 1 p.m. is better.
Don’t forget your picture ID or donor card. Remember to eat and drink before you come. Just visiting Orcas, have a question about your eligibility? Getting older? On medication/ Anticoagulants? Diabetic? No problem. Come for an evaluation, or call that number.
