At this time, due to the commitments of her elected office as a Fire Commissioner, Barbara Bedell has resigned as President of the Friends of the Orcas Island Library (FOIL ) Board.
She will continue to volunteer in the Friends of the Library’s various activities.
Pierrette Guimond was elected to serve out the term as President of the FOIL Board.
