(Note: Updated 7/2/09 with correct email contact.)
Those who may be in the mood for “a little Monday evening meditative sustenance” are invited to join Joan Roulac and other T’ai Chi Chih students in a summer series of outdoor classes, beginning Monday, July 6.
The silent exercise classes will be held in Eastsound at the park at the water’s edge across from Washington Federal Savings and Loan and the Outlook Inn.
They will run for four weeks, from Monday, July 6 thru July 27 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
The “Silent Practice” will cost $45 for the four-week course, or a drop-in fee of $15 each time.
As is Roulac’s standard practice, the first class, on July 6, is free. Registration is requested, by contacting Roulac at chiworks4me@gmail.com.
