The San Juan County Auditor’s office will be closed on Friday, December 24, and Friday, December 31. The closures mean that there will be no documents recorded and no vehicle, vessel, marriage, or dog licenses issued on those dates. Please plan accordingly for your recording and licensing needs.
The closure is dictated by San Juan County holiday policies. Employees get the day before Christmas Day and the day before New Year’s Day as holidays, in years in which the holidays fall on a Saturday. The entire courthouse and all County offices will be closed to the public on those days.
