The Orcas Island Shakespeare Society is holding auditions for speaking roles for an all-female production of Hamlet in two sessions, one in August and another in September 2019; three successive nights, two weeks apart. You need only attend one of these auditions. Callbacks, if necessary, will be announced. Performances will be in July 2020.

Women and young adults of all experience levels are welcome. All characters in this production are adults. Come willing to read various parts of the play. Mature younger ladies may be cast in non-speaking roles next Spring. There are plenty of those roles for those who want to be part of the production.
