The Lonely Plays by Heidi Heimarck
Directed by Ellen Graham (206-660-4166)
Performances February 16-24, 2023
The Lonely Plays are a series of ten-minute plays by Seattle playwright Heidi Heimarck. By turns funny, touching, and quirky these plays are a fun opportunity for actors to play multiple parts. Characters range from a sad sack of an overworked anonymous office worker to a very proper woman, a woman not so proper, a shady funeral director and a woman with many purses. All ages and types are encouraged to audition! The plays are about our very human need to connect.

Five Women Wearing the Same Dress by Alan Ball
Directed by Dorrie Braun (626-695-8283)
Performances March 9-18, 2023
During an ostentatious wedding reception at a Knoxville, Tennessee estate in the summer of 1993, five reluctant, identically clad bridesmaids (and one charming, bad-boy usher) hide out in an upstairs bedroom, each with their own reason to avoid the proceedings below. As the afternoon wears on, these five very different women joyously discover a common bond in this wickedly funny, irreverent and touching celebration of women’s spirit.
