Emmanuel Episcopal Parish will open its sanctuary on Ash Wednesday, February 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and clergy will be available to offer a simple lenten prayer and the imposition of ashes for anyone who would like to stop and spend some time in contemplation.
That evening, Emmanuel will hold an Ash Wednesday Eucharist service at 5:30 p.m., February 18th, which will include the imposition of ashes. This service will also be held in the sanctuary. All are invited and welcome.
