There is still time to catch the 5th Annual Terry Johnson Student Show at the Orcas Center. The dates for this show have been extended through the end of this Thanksgiving week and will come down on Tuesday afternoon, December !st.
The responses to the reception and the show have been outstanding. This show is sponsored by the Visual Arts Committee of Orcas Center.
As in the past several shows, the students have produced widely varied paintings that reflect the expert instruction and encouragement of Terry Johnson who came to live on Orcas after retiring from his 20 years of teaching life drawing and painting at Cornish Art Institute in Seattle.
Terry Johnson taught at Cornish College of Art.
