On a crow black night
dependency on doorknobs turn to shutting things
out
my heart matter was curled up good bookish next
to a fire of comrades while
sitting in a doorway of my very own life convicted
to serve out the sentence
the moon light rose colored from its eastern bed went
falling love to the arms of
day
