||| FROM MICHELLE HASSEBROCK for ORCAS HISTORICAL MUSEUMS |||
Kwiaht will be coming back this year for another apple tasting at the Museums on Saturday, October 26th.
Madrona Murphy and Kwiaht will be in the Eastsound Museum’s Main Gallery sampling several different apple varieties grown around the islands, as well as pressing fresh cider in our back lawn. Local musician Pedro Lopez de Victoria will be joining us to play our historic 1880s pump organ for some light serenading as you wander through the Museum. Come taste the islands’ harvest, enjoy some historied music, and celebrate the fall – Museum style.
The Museum will be open for our regular hours on the 26th (11-3pm), and Kwiaht will be set up for tastings 11:30-2:30pm.

Kwiaht: When will you give me the personal apology that is required by you to me for accusations surrounding the acquisition of the bison skull. I have not forgotten but apparently you and the Museum have. My memory is unfailing in this. I am waiting…..
