The American Legion will honor Veterans Day with a ceremony on Saturday, November 11 at 11 a.m. with refreshment to follow. The public is welcome at this observance in honor of those who serve for our country
The next day, Sunday November 12, is the Legion’s Annual Turkey “Shoot” with Bingo for a Turkey starting at 11 a.m. with the Auxiliary serving a turkey dinner for Adults $12 and senior and child plate for $8. Again, all are welcome at this event. “There will be lots of pie too!” says event coordinator Patti Resch.
The Legion is located at 793 Crescent Beach Road near the corner of Terrill Beach Road and Crescent Beach Road.
