OIFR will host a 9/11 Observance on Thursday, September 11, 2014, 9:00 a.m., at Eastsound Station 21. The community is invited to attend. The observance will include the National Anthem sung by Cali Bagby, followed by brief words of reflection.
Coffee and light snacks will be served following the ceremony.
