There is currently an issue with 911. Calls are being routed to our back up 911 lines. This means they are coming in on a line with no ANI/ALI (Automatic Number/Location) information. If a caller gets disconnected while on the phone with 911, please call back, we will not have the ability to see any caller information.
Landline 911 calls are ringing busy only. We have confirmed that Tmobile and Verizon cell phones work.
UPDATE: 911 lines statewide are now back in service. Cause unknown at this time.
