Michael Kulper will once again offer sessions on all aspects of managing money – budgeting it, saving it, spending it, and investing it.
Kulper is a retired college professor, having taught financial accounting and managerial accounting, which were required courses for undergraduate business students
The monthly sessions will be held the first Monday of each month at the Orcas Library community room. The sessions run from 6 to 7:30 pm
