The clock is ticking and time running out to vote for your favorite art now showing at the San Juan Islands Museum of Art!

Everyone can vote for the People’s Choice Award winners at the SJIMA’s Artists’ Registry show. The voting closes at 5 p.m. on December 21, with the ribbons awarded in time for you and your holiday guests and families to enjoy viewing the winners on December 26-28.

This is an exhibition of artworks by more than 70 Artists’ Registry members from San Juan County!  Much of the artwork is for sale, to simplify your holiday shopping and assure continued visual enjoyment.

This is a joyous affair, with a riot of art and color displaying an amazing range of talent from across the islands, making it very hard to vote for just your personal top five. But, you can have a lot of fun just viewing all the choices.

Look forward to the impressive diversity of talent with paintings in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and encaustic, as well as pastels, photography, mixed media, pottery, sculpture, glass, wood, textiles, and jewelry.

Admission is free. Open Friday-Monday  11-5.  The show runs from now through January 11, 2016.  For more information on the exhibition, go to www.sjima.org
