Join us for this year’s San Juan Islands Agricultural Summit March 4 and 5, 2022! This is the tenth anniversary of the Summit, and our theme is Building Infrastructure for Change.

We will be delivering a hybrid of in-person and virtual programming. Friday, March 4th will feature virtual offerings including a keynote speaker and multiple shorter sessions. Saturday, March 5th, will offer longer in-person outdoor workshops, and social gathering on Lopez Island. Inspired by community input we are excited to provide offerings on a range of topics including: on-farm carbon storage, composting, water storage and irrigation management, vet skills, tree fruit care and more.

The Summit is a valued annual event and provides a unique opportunity for the food and agricultural community from across the islands, and beyond, to come together for inspiration, education, and camaraderie. Stay tuned for registration details and learn more about the Summit HERE.

The 2022 Summit is supported by the following partner organizations:

  • WSU San Juan County Extension
  • Lopez Community Land Trust
  • Lopez Island School District & LIFE Garden Program
  • San Juan County Agricultural Resources Committee
  • San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild
